Demag DC Pro chain hoists

• They are available in two versions: as the DC-Pro chain and the DC-Com chain hoists
• The new Demag DC is ready for use: All connections are simply pugged in
• They are the first chain hoists fitted with a control pendant wich can simply be adjusted to any height, at any time
• There are available two control pendants: DSC and DSE 8-C
• They can be integrated into the Demag KBK crane with the U11 and U22 trolleys, as well as for electric travel drives E11 and E22
• A service engineer can read out all relevant operating parameters via a diagnostics
  interface (display and infrared)
• Gearbox, brake, coupling maintenance-free for up to 10 years

Demag DCS Pro hoists

In comparison with the proven DC-Pro with two hoist speeds, the new Demag DCS-Pro and DCMS-Pro chain hoists offer your further benefits:

• Infinitely variable speed control for lifting and lowering motions over the entire load range
• Gentle starting and precise positioning due to the particularly fine control at low speeds
• Increased safety by means of motor temperature monitoring
• Creep lifting speed, beginning from 0.15 m/min. (DCS 1 and 2) and 0.08 m/min (DCS 5).

DC II Chain Hoists

Demag DC-II chain hoists meet high standards of quality and innovation. With the second generation, Demag consistently follows the DC path and once again sets the industry standard.

Demag DC II is offered in two variants:

• DC-Com II, the variant for standard applications
• DC-Pro II, the high-performance variant.

Features for the standard version:

• Two hoisting speeds as standard
• 24 V contactor control
• Travel limit switch (up/down)
• Operating time counter and status display
• Electrostatic painted aluminum housing
• Height-adjustable control cable for ergonomic operation
• Duty cycle: 60% (40/20), 360 s/h at 45°C, can be used up to 60°C.

 

 

 

DBC Chain Hoists

DBC chain hoists offer a further addition to the existing product portfolio. Thanks to its reliable standard components and pre-configured selection, the DBC is the ideal solution for many industries and meets the wide range of requirements for modern lifting equipment. With three sizes, the DBC electric chain hoist can lift loads from 63 kg up to 2,500 kg.
